Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using the 3jbet platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 3jbet does not accept registrations from players residing in Restricted Territories. Players who access the Platform from a Restricted Territory do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Players who are legally prohibited from gambling — whether by reason of age, professional status, or applicable regulation — are not permitted to use the Platform.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3jbet platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You must register and use your 3jbet account solely for your own personal use. Opening an account on behalf of, or for the primary benefit of, any third party is strictly prohibited. Similarly, you may not allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances.
3jbet reserves the right to refuse any account application or to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any associated two-factor authentication details. You agree to:
3jbet support staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 3jbet immediately. 3jbet accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
3jbet accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited to your account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
By depositing funds into your 3jbet account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. 3jbet reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within two to five minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. 3jbet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
3jbet reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, including where a deposit is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity or where it would cause the Player's account to exceed applicable deposit limits.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification, including age verification, proof of identity, and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership. 3jbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of all verification requirements.
Where a deposit was accompanied by a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of funds connected to that bonus can be processed. Players may withdraw their original deposit amount (where no wagering requirement applies to the deposit itself) subject to the standard verification process.
3jbet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. 3jbet does not charge withdrawal fees. Players are responsible for any transaction fees levied by their own financial institutions or payment providers.
3jbet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 3jbet may report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 3jbet are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
3jbet operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and, in serious cases, permanent account closure:
3jbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a wagering requirement has been partially completed, the relevant bonus will be managed in accordance with the terms applicable at the time the bonus was claimed.
All bets placed on the 3jbet platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, Dragon and Tiger, roulette, and any other game or market available on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
All bets are accepted at 3jbet's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation within your account interface. 3jbet reserves the right to void, limit, or refuse any bet at any time without providing a reason.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 3jbet reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. 3jbet's decisions in such matters are final. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error do not constitute a valid claim and will not be paid.
Live in-play markets on cricket, UFC, and other sports are offered subject to real-time data feeds. Delays between live events and in-play market updates are inherent to the technology. 3jbet accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that differs from the actual real-time state of play.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the 3jbet platform:
All content on the 3jbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audiovisual material, trademarks, and the overall design and structure of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 3jbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited in any form without the prior written consent of 3jbet.
3jbet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service interruptions may affect availability. 3jbet accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose money. 3jbet accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by players using the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to manage your gambling activity within your financial means.
The Platform may incorporate third-party game software and payment processing services. 3jbet is not liable for the performance, availability, or conduct of any third-party service provider whose services are accessible through or in connection with the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3jbet's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 3jbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

You may close your 3jbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of outstanding wagering obligations and applicable charges) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
3jbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, including where: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 3jbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) a Player is found to be resident in a Restricted Territory; or (d) 3jbet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon account termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3jbet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the dispute resolution process established by 3jbet's licensing authority.

3jbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-account notification or email to the address registered on the account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.1.
